What is FreshTurnAI?
FreshTurnAI is an Airbnb cleaning app built around an AI assistant. Tell it what you need, like scheduling a turnover cleaning, building a checklist or summarizing last month, and it handles the work. Everything it changes is shown to you for confirmation first.
Is it the same team as Turnify?
Yes. We created Turnify in Philadelphia in 2016 and have coordinated over 350,000 cleanings since. FreshTurnAI is that experience rebuilt around AI.
What happens to my Turnify account?
Questions about an existing Turnify account? Email support@turnify.com and we will help you with it.
Do I need to create checklists or schedules manually?
No. Tell the AI. Describe the property or the job in plain language and it drafts the checklist and sets up the cleaning for you to confirm.
Which booking platforms connect?
FreshTurnAI syncs your booking calendar through iCal links and connects to Hostaway. Integrations coming soon.
How does the AI Daily Briefing work?
Each morning the AI summarizes your upcoming cleanings, deadlines, open issues and payments that need attention, so you start the day knowing what matters. You can also ask it any time: “What needs my attention today?”
How do payments and payouts work?
Payments run through Stripe. A host’s card is authorized for the cleaning, and the host approves the payment once the job is done. Cleaners receive payouts through Stripe Connect.
